Dr Dhiveja Sundrum is too dynamic to spend her days in a consulting room.

This might be bad news for the patients but it's good news to anybody who has seen her on television, because . doctor or no doctor, this is where she belongs.

She's dynamic - ex head girl of Crawford College, Ambassador to Reach for a Dream, Spokesperson for the Starfish initiative "Feed Our Nation"  and PR Account Executive for a cause communications company, where she's tasked with marketing social and corporate responsibility programmes.

She's brilliant - six distinctions in Matric. Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) (UCT 2001 - 2007).

She's beautiful -  Miss South Africa 1st princess 2004, Top World 15 and Top 2 in Africa in the Miss World Pageant 2005.

She's talented - Previous Presenter Eastern Mosaic before making it into the top 12 in the 2007 Top Billing presenter.

In her other business, she cooks for private dinner parties, drawing guests in to the kitchen to learn the secrets of Indian spices and cuisine.

Her spare time is devoted to medical volunteer services in informal settlements.

Dhiveja also plays the flute and piano and is a Ballroom and Latin American dancer! Seriously!  

It goes without saying that she's also an excellent Master of Ceremonies.
