Colin Moss is a seasoned entertainer, well known in South African film and comedy circles. He’s a producer, stage and screen actor, voice artist, popular television presenter and a prestigious corporate MC.

But, what a lot of  people don’t know is that he started his career as a stand up comic. It was when he was living on fruit in the garden of his commune in Johannesburg, that he started performing comedy -  in order to make enough money for toothpaste, beer and petrol.

Comedy remains a lifelong passion, and he continually goes back to his roots, working the comedy circuit - both locally and in the UK and Ireland. He appeared at Stand Up New York in 2010. His observations about being a stranger in New York, subway experiences and the melting pot of cultures drawing similarities to SA, had the audience breaking into tumultuous applause and resulted in an open invitation from the club’s management to join the line up on any future visits to New York.
